The Clerk of Superior Court is the custodian for many court records in Mecklenburg County. Many court records can be viewed online from the Mecklenburg County Courts website. For online court records, the information includes the offender’s name, DOB, charges, timeline of court appearances, attorneys, and upcoming court hearings.

Certified Copies $5 for the first page, $2 for each additional page
Non-Certified Copies in Person 25 cents per page

Birth, Death, and Marriage records can be requested from the Register of Deeds. Divorce Records can be requested from the Clerk of Superior Court.
